Both trucks start the day on Snowy Range Road in West Laramie. Most of town is under 15 minutes from there, and we're out on the county roads every week. If you can see the Snowy Range or the Laramie Range from your porch, you're probably in our area.
For emergency calls, measured from when you hang up to when a truck pulls in. Scheduled work is booked in two-hour windows.

Every part of the county has its own plumbing. Here's what we see most in each.
The tree streets and the blocks around the university are full of houses from the 1900s through the 1950s, with galvanized supply lines that are closing up with rust and clay sewer lines the cottonwoods have found. East of 30th it's mostly 1970s and 80s ranches with original copper that's starting to pinhole. We do a lot of water heater swaps, main line clearing and partial repipes here, and we know which basements have the shutoff behind the furnace.
Our shop is here, so you're the first stop of the day and the last one on the way home. West Laramie has a mix of older homes, manufactured homes and shops. Heat tape, skirting and exposed lines under manufactured homes are the usual winter trouble. We carry the fittings for both standard and mobile-home plumbing on the truck.
Cabins, second homes and a handful of year-round residents at the foot of the Snowy Range. Almost everyone is on a well and a septic system. The big jobs are fall winterizing, spring start-ups, and finding out what froze while the place sat empty. If you're closing a cabin for the season, book by mid-October. We blow out the lines, drain the water heater and put RV antifreeze in the traps.
It's the farthest town we cover, and one of the windiest. We try to group Rock River and Bosler calls on the same day to keep the trip fee down for everyone, but emergencies go out right away. Common calls: frozen lines in wind-exposed crawlspaces, older water heaters, and well pressure problems on the ranches between here and Bosler.
Spread-out rural homes and small acreages toward the Colorado line, nearly all on private wells. We see pressure tanks that have lost their air charge, pressure switches chewed up by short-cycling, and the occasional pump that needs to come up. If you're between Tie Siding and Woods Landing, we cover you too.
Ranches, homesteads and places with a gate code. If you're on a well and a septic, you're most of who we work for out here. Tell us the road conditions when you call, and whether there's a locked gate. Both trucks are four-wheel drive and carry chains, but we need to know before we leave.
A long drive is fine. Two long drives because we didn't have the part is what we try to avoid. A little information up front saves you money.
Inside 20 miles of Laramie there's no trip fee. Past that it's a flat amount based on distance, quoted on the phone with everything else. It doesn't change if the job runs long or the road is bad.
If we need a second trip because of something we should have brought, you don't pay for that drive.
From November through April, let us know if your road is plowed, whether the wellhead or pit is buried, and where we can park a truck without getting stuck.
